I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Hammersmith. The hotel is within a short distance of the Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Park Underground tube stations. It is a busy hotel due to its affordable rates and location. Hint: To avoid overpaying for transportation, stay in Zones 1 or 2 of the Transport for London (Underground) system.

There are many shops, pubs, and restaurants near the hotel. On the way from the Hammersmith station to the hotel, you will walk on King Street, a busy street where you will see Lyric Square, the Livat Mall (PRIMARK, IKEA, H&M, Lidl), fast food places, and local services. Several buses also circulate on King Street and stop closer to the hotel's corner.
